International Commission on
Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament
The International Commission on Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament was established by the Australian and Japanese governments in 2008. According to its web site, the Commission "aims to reinvigorate international efforts on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, in the context of both the 2010 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference, and beyond."
Japanese NGO's formed a network to follow and lobby the ICNND. See the ICNND Japan NGO Network web site. (Both English and Japanese can be found on most pages.)
